Final Cutout Mascot Design:
Here are the final mascot design by Cherubim Cifra, they're really cool looking. They have a vintage but creepy vibe which perfectly fits my environment.

Set Pieces Renders:
[Haven't had time to give all the pieces a proper render]
Some more modular walls and parts:

Updated my wallpaper texture that I'll be using throughout the environment. I also added a parameter which lets me easily change how much it rips:

Staircase and poster frame prop, poster artwork is by Cherubim Chifra. I'll also be adding more royalty free vintage posters.

Dial test:
All the finished models and textures finally assembled. Now to work on the lighting.

Ceiling update:

Made the walls slightly shorter because they felt a bit too tall.

Update 01: I decided to make the set more of a metallic black instead of an old military green like in my original concept. I think this fits the Art Deco vibe better. I will work on the lighting and model the front windows to make it seem like it's underwater.

Original concept art for comparison:

Postcard:
Depending on how much time I have I might change/redo the actual drawing, or maybe I'll try to find a royalty free image of a submarine departing and edit it.

Torch Click Test:
Torch:

I will first fully focus on modelling and texturing everything, I will be using Maya, Substance Painter and Designer and Zbrush. I will then import everything into Unreal Engine 4.
